Kung Fu Fibber
Kung Fu Fibber
In the story "Kung Fu Fiber" on digitalcompass.com Hutch knows almost every sport, except karate. Hutch wants to learn karate but there are many problems in his way that are causing him to stop. While doing this story i chose the negative choices first because i wanted to find out what would happen. I was very curious what would happen to Hutch. For example, in one of the choices Hutch did something that made him very strong, but it led to being bad for him. Because of his greed of wanting to do every sport he was mean to some people in some of the choices and that led to him getting bad things done to him. The lessons that stood out to me was that you have to treat people right or bad things will happen to you. This applies to my life because i know people who have done wrong and that caused bad things to happen to them. I don't want that to happen to me, so i know that i will treat everyone right if i want to be treated right back. I will try my best to never treat anyone wrongly.

Citation Infestation

Digital Compass - Citation Infestation Reflective Writing #7
I feel like the character i most relate to on digitalcompass.com is Jay. Jay is stuck in a digital dilema. In order to finish a project for school he has to make decisions that can affect his grade drastically. Jay is busy during the timespan he should be working on his project. Because of that, he has to make decisions that affect if he can make it to what he has planned or not. I feel like i relate to this character because of the choices we make during different situations. First, Jay likes music, and so do i. Also, since Jay carries around drumsticks, that probably means he likes drumming, like me. It also seems that Jay is lazy, sort of like me. Also, he procrastonates like me, and even if he has time, he continues to procrastonate. Finally, like Jay i will do whatever to do my homework. Even if it is in bad condition or i didnt put my best work into it, I will still try to finish it.

Rhoda's Digital Heartbreak
Digital Compass - Rhoda's Digital Heartbreak
Reflective writing #1
Recently I looked at "Rhoda's digital heartbreak" story on digitalcompass.com. The story shows its viewers that writing bad things about other people online is not okay. It's okay to be suspicious of other people, but it is not okay to act against that person unless you have valid evidence. The many choices that you can make in the story lead to good and/or bad endings. The choices that you can make affect Rhoda in many different ways. The ones that probably changed the story the most is the bad choices that you make. The choice that led the story most astray is choosing to write about the character Kaution online. That choice leads to many bad endings. Rhoda was suspicious of Kaution, even when she confronted him, that should have been enough but she decided to bring the problem online. She wrote rumors about Kaution which led to bad endings for both Rhoda and Trista(Rhoda's Friend), the bad endings were either Rhoda or Trista getting bullied. I think that scenario is applicable to my daily lives because it warns people that make those decisions that it can end bad for anyone involved in it, which is why you should think twice before posting things about other people online. If you post something about other people online and they see it and they get hurt, you can get in a lot of trouble. Even if they don't see it and you do it behind their back, it's still not right because its not right to write bad things about other people online. So don't do it!
